EQ Meet Up: Preparing to Grow

  • Sal & Mookies 565 Taylor Street Jackson, MS, 39216 United States (map)

For our third Meet Up of the year, we are excited to focus on something we all want to talk about: GROWTH. You've put in the work and are finally ready to hire your first employee to take it to the next level, but you want to make sure that you create a FANTASTIC work environment for them. Just like starting your business, successful hiring is in the planning.

Whether you're hiring your BFF for life or someone new to you, we want to give you some tips and tricks BEFORE you ever publish that first "help wanted" ad, so you will know how to approach any obstacles along the road of being a great employer. Also, who knew hiring somebody came with SO MANY forms to fill out and federal and state regulations to know? And don't get us started about financing, taxes, and health insurance. For this Meet Up, we'll be giving you a (non-definitive) packet of handy-dandy resources and checklists to help you get started on your road to GROWTH & GLORY! Come with questions!

As always we will have FREE pizza and 25% off drinks.
